| John is keenly committed to working in partnership with clients and training partners to create meaningful and on-going training initiatives that meet the client’s identified needs. He uses a variety of methods and has a particular ability in facilitating experiential training to enliven learning and encourage meaningful involvement from all participants. He is a recognised practitioner of both the Strength Deployment Inventory® and Insights Personality Instrument.. John managed his previous company’s attainment of Investors in People and worked with the Business Excellence Model. Using this experience, and his experiences as a former teacher, lecturer and director of various businesses, he has supported client companies in their own attempts to achieve these awards. John is an enthusiastic facilitator, bringing a wide variety of source material and anecdote to support individual, leadership and team development programmes. He uses humour and delegate interaction to make key learning points and encourages ownership and responsibility for personal growth. He has excellent listening skills and is quick to develop rapport with the groups and individuals he works with. John’s key skills lie in the ability to design unique and stimulating programmes to meet the specific, work-based objectives agreed with clients. He works closely with clients, revising courses after each delivery and using feedback to ensure that client objectives and individual values are maintained and encouraged. |
