| After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, David initially chose to pursue a career in Information Technology, working for ICI in several roles including business analysis and the management of a range of IT infrastructure projects. During his time with ICI he participated in several management development programmes, and these inspired him to explore opportunities in this field of work. Since leaving ICI in 1995 to pursue this change of career into training and development, David has worked with a diverse range of both public and private sector clients. Programmes he has delivered range from one-to-one coaching through to management and team development, at locations in the U.K. and U.S. David is a qualified Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and is a highly experienced facilitator in working with teams and work- groups. He strives to ensure that each programme actively engages all participants, and that it is always firmly anchored on achieving results for each individual back in the workplace. |
