Turning Feedback Into Change
This programme is an integral part of the Talent Management programme and is used to help participants to understand their 360° Feedback and reflect on what it means to them. We consider the importance of effective feedback, then explore strategies for using feedback effectively as a means for development and behaviour change.

A vital part of this programme is the 1:1 coaching support that participants receive. Enabling them to develop a personal action plan based on their feedback, to enable them to turn the feedback into change.
