360° Feedback Process
Blind spots: we all have them. Novations’ 360° Feedback can help you take the blinkers off. Using the Four Stages™ of Contribution Model, we measure competencies across each of the Four Stages™: Contributing Dependently, Contributing Independently, Contributing Through Others, and Contributing Strategically - and help you turn your feedback into lasting change.

360° PROFILES
Novations competency profiles are specifically developed for individuals who face complex work environments. Profiling provides in-depth information on a range of competencies. Both numeric data and written responses are collected to provide each participant with an accurate idea of how others perceive them, and how their own perceptions compare.

EXPERIENCE
Involved in survey and profile development for over 20 years, Novations has emerged as one of the industry leaders in providing a broad range of off-the-shelf and customised survey and profiling instruments. We integrate our Four Stages™ of Contribution Model into survey profile design, adding developmental depth to the feedback process.

CUSTOMISATION
The profiles may be customised and designed around an organisation’s leadership competencies by modifying the Novations profiles or designing a completely unique and company-specific questionnaire. An extensive database allows us to compare your results against corporate, national, and international norms.

ADMINISTRATION
Each participant receives 12 profiles, which are usually distributed as follows: 1 self, 4 peers, 6 direct reports, and 1 manager. On-line data input, processing of results, and confidential, individual feedback reports are included with the survey.
