| What is Team Agility? | ||||||||
| Team Agility is a different approach to building teams and developing individuals so that they can be as effective as possible in their working relationships. We believe that Team Agility skills are essential in any working environment – even where people work in groups rather than teams, or even as individuals. That’s why one option from Team Agility is the Team Agility programme, which you can complete on your own at a time that suits you to learn the Team Agility skills that you need to apply at work. Of course, in some situations, a ‘traditional’ team building programme may be more appropriate, in which case look at our Team Building programme. Team Agility skills are particularly important in an environment where you work in a team whose members change regularly and frequently. Or perhaps you work remotely from your team for a lot of the time, so a ‘traditional’ team building programme isn’t appropriate. This is often the case with home workers, or those with field responsibilities requiring long periods away from colleagues.
